LASER ENGRAVING
Laser engraving service on our YAG Industrial Laser. This allows us to laser engrave all typesets and logos on all materials to customers’ requirements from one-off to batch work. This ensures 100% traceability on all parts.
HONING & POLISHING
Polishing and honing service by abrasive flow or brush hone method.
This increases the tools life by removing any sharp edges and reduces breakages. The process gives an evenedge round from .0005mm upwards and improves the surface finish.
TOOL ROOM
Our tool room machines EDM, CNC machining centres, grinders and lathes. From prototype to batch work, we offer quality competitive service with prompt delivery.
