New Machines!

4 new Fanuc Robocut C400iA purchsed in August taking our EDM capacity to 11 machines.

The increase in demand for the Oil & Gas sector required more capacity and teh additionalmachines plus another 4 operators over 2 shifts will ensure customer deliveries will be on time.

2018

Engraving System replacement

After extensive trials on many laser engraver machines we purchased an ICad system which gives a much clearer mark then teh old style laser and is much faster.

Old & New Machine

3 of our existing EWAG Ewamatics have been sold to make room for new Equipment.

New Optical Measuring Systems

With our focus on quality we have purchased 6 new Optical Profile Projectors, 5x Starrett HB400 and 1x VF600, the latest state of the art projectors will ensure we maintain our High Quality Standards

CNC Grinder

In July we will take delivery of an EWAG Compact Line insert grinder wit hthe latest drive motors, this will improve our accuracy even further and reduce grinding times.
